Dear customers, after receiving the package, please carefully check whether your goods are damaged/missing goods/wrong shipments or other abnormal conditions. Goods without problems will not be accepted for return.
If you need to apply for a return, please take a photo of the delivery list and proof of damage within five days of receiving the package and send it to email@example.com or +852 52862116. If the seller applies for return after 3 days, the company will not attach any responsibility.
Special note that returns are not allowed in the following circumstances:
1) The product pictures and information on the webpage are for reference only. Due to problems such as shooting lighting and color differences on different monitors, there may be color differences between the actual product and the webpage promotional pictures. This is not a quality problem and will not be returned;
2) Allergy to sports supplements and health products is not a quality problem and will not be returned;
3) Products damaged due to personal reasons will not be returned;

We do apologize that any claims that are made after 5 days will not be accepted.

- Once the items have to fulfill done of the reasons, we will organize for a resend of a brand new item or the correct item, depending on what the problem was.
- It is always the customer's responsibility to review the goods received prior to their opening. Goods received, even in the event of incorrect supply, shall only be accepted back for re-supply, if the goods are unopened & in their original condition.
- Returns are only valid for incorrect items, damaged goods and out of date products. We do apologize, but we cannot issue refunds for issues with tastes or with lack of results.
